- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost online presence and brand awareness
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions
- Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media updates
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the design, content, and editorial teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and recommend innovative growth strategies
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff or freelancers, if applicable

🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience as an Online Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content strategy, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Insights
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email platforms such as Mailchimp or Sendinblue
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and sales funnel strategy
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects independently
